Returns and Exchanges Policy

All products distributed by are made in Australia. Our goods are produced in small batches and quality checked prior to distribution. However, on the rare occasion you find your order has not arrived in its expected condition we ask you to get in contact with us via [email protected] as soon as possible, so the issue can be resolved promptly. Please include your order number, photographic evidence and a general description.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges. Likewise, we cannot offer refunds/returns on personalised goods as these are made to order, specifically for you. 

Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or store credit.
